Credit Terms Agreement

In accordance with the terms outlined in this document, Hardline Fleet Service extends credit to the customer for the provision of goods and services, with a net credit term of 15 or 30 days. The customer agrees to fulfill payment obligations in accordance with the agreed upon terms. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Hardline Fleet Service reserves the right to impose a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance per invoice, accruing every 30 days, until full payment is received. The customer acknowledges and agrees that these terms and conditions establish a legally binding agreement and that any failure to make timely payment may result in collection efforts and/or legal action. Payments, unless made electronically through the invoice payment portal, must be physically mailed and received on or before the due date, at the address of Hardline Fleet Service.
